Global Change Management Strategic Lead

Overview: This role works very closely with the Global Change Management Director and the change management team in supporting specific activities to evolve the capability. A critical responsibility of this role is ensuring that change management standards are imbedded in identified initiatives and any upcoming integration of Mergers & Acquisitions. This role will also work with the broader Talent management team in developing and executing solutions that will focus on driving change management as a competency across the organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required: * Work on key complex cross-functional initiatives as the change management subject matter expert and execute activities from change management strategies - (i.e. change impact analysis, training assessment etc.,) (30%) * Support the change management COE with developing and refining activities that elevate the capability - (i.e. developing change networks - practitioner community of practice, key processes and learning etc.,) (40%) * Partner with the Talent team in identifying and developing tools to drive reinforcement and support change management activities(i.e. LMS, training tools and others) (10%) * Collaborate effectively with other change management stakeholders to ensure processes and standards are leveraged (10%) * Identify other areas of focus in the Talent Management team that can be utilized (i.e. analytic tools, dashboards etc.,) (10%) Other Duties & Responsibilities: * Additional duties as assigned * Meets attendance and punctuality standards Qualifications: Experience: * 8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience. Education & Certifications * Master's / Postgraduate Degree with Business, Management, Organizational Psychology, Field of Study preferred. * Bachelor's Degree with Business, Management, BS field of study or equivalent # additional years of experience required. * Other Education / Certifications: PROSCI certified , Project management Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. * Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. * Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information. * Able to create and conduct formal presentations. * Able to interact effectively with all levels of management. * Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results. * Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills. * Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive. * Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. * Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. * Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities. * Able to work independently with minimum supervision. * Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others. * Able to quickly learn new systems and technology. * Able to use relevant computer system applications at a basic level. * Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level. * Cultural Competency Requirements: * Within Tech Data diversity is one of our fundamental shared values.
