Job Description The City of Medford is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician IV to support public works infrastructure projects that directly impact the community, including streets, utilities, drainage, traffic, and pedestrian improvements. This role includes technical plan support, project coordination, field inspection, contract-related work, and collaboration with contractors, consultants, developers, and staff. Positions assigned to Design Services may also work in AutoCAD Civil 3D to support infrastructure design. Required Education and Experience : Graduation from high school or GED equivalent; and Six (6) years of progressively responsible engineering technical experience. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, surveying, construction management, computer science, or specific area of study as deemed applicable may substitute for four (4) years of experience . Available Schedules: 8 hours daily, Monday - Friday Opportunity for an alternate/flexible schedule after the first 90-days, upon approval
