Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Central
Point, OR, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in
a school setting. This contract role runs from ASAP through June 4,
2026, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30
PM. The work is entirely in-person with no virtual clinical
opportunities at this time. Key Responsibilities: Provide
evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and
language impairments Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student
progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance
with state and federal guidelines Serve a diverse caseload
encompassing K-12 students within Jackson County schools
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Oregon licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist is required Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) preferred Experience working in school settings is
highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary
team Location and Work Environment: Position located in Central
Point, Oregon, within Jackson County Employment under a
school-based contract with Southern Oregon Education Service
District Role requires being on site each day (no telepractice)
