Substitute Instructional Assistant District: Days Creek School District Pay Rate: $16.71 per hour Job Description: An substitute Instructional Assistant assists the classroom teacher to provide extra support to students with special needs, promoting maximum academic and personal growth. The substitute Instructional Assistant job responsibilities range from supplementing regular classroom curriculum to helping individual students. Substitute Instructional Assistant are also known as paraprofessionals, school aides, teacher assistants, instructional aides, one-to-one aides, and personal care assistants.
