POSITION SUMMARY *****************, Inc. is a leading provider of gourmet food and floral gifts for all occasions, and is seeking an Enterprise Community Marketing Senior Manager of Social Media to develop and effectively manage the social media strategy for our family of brands. In addition to creating a top-notch social media strategy for the entire *****************, Inc. enterprise, the main focus of this role is to oversee the social media tactics for the Harry & David brands including Harry & David, Wolferman s Bakery, and Stockyards, and the ***************** brands including ***************** and Shari s Berries. The goals are to increase brand awareness and build an engaging social media community by leveraging channel-specific content, sweepstakes, out-of-the-box thinking, social media best practices, influencers, events, partners, etc. This position is responsible for using social media channels to express the 1-800- ***********, Inc. family of brands effectively, and directly engage with consumers to promote and inspire confidence in our Enterprise s products. This is a fast-paced role with great opportunities to work across departments and among multiple brands. Expectations include: manage a team of two Social Media Specialists, research target audiences, ability to write and edit copy for social media posts and company blogs, oversee influencer campaigns, manage relationship with Creative teams to produce needed graphic designs for social needs, and analyze trending topics and new social media platforms for future growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include carrying out a variety of monitoring and analysis through social channels to gain customer insights and competitive intelligence. Work closely with Customer Care to ensure social media conversations are held to our high standards of best practices and customer satisfaction. Pitch ideas, create briefs, build reports showcasing important business and social metrics for presentation to upper management. With the *****************, Inc. family of brands being spread out across the country, candidate must have the ability to work well with colleagues who are located in different office locations, and different U.S. time zones. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Community Marketing, SEO & Social. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Social Media Know-How: Provide digital thought leadership and unique strategies for the *****************, Inc. Enterprise s social platforms and communities including: Facebook, Facebook Live, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, new emerging apps, blogs, etc. Identify opportunities, bloggers, partners, tools and trends in the social space and recommend the best course of action with justifiable metrics. Understand current trends, technologies and advancements in social, mobile and online review sites. * Collaboration:Be open to working across departments, such as Customer Care, Merchandising, Display, PR, Fulfillment, Creative, Partnerships, eComm, SEO, Email, Catalog, etc. * Content Management (Calendars and Assets):Develop and create unique content for all brand s social media platforms. Develop a social strategy for content calendars; and create a content plan based on photo and video needs. Know-how of social media publishing tools and WordPress. * Management Skills:Foster relationships within the Harry & David and 1- *************** brands, plus across the Enterprise, vendors, agencies and partners. This role s direct reports are Social Media Specialists. * Influencer Marketing: Manage campaigns with key bloggers and influencers based on business needs, content needs, KPIs and budget across brands. * Facebook Community: Increase community size and engagement by way of Facebook Like campaigns, sweepstakes, Facebook Live, video, thoughtful and engaging viral content, etc. * Paid Social Know-How: The Display team manages paid social needs, but this role is expected to understand Audiences within Facebook in order to strategically test boosted posts and Like Ad campaigns. * Reporting:Maintain consistent system of measurement and evaluation of social and mobile program success on a weekly basis, plus on a daily basis during high-season using a mix of internal and external analytics tools. * Budget: The Senior Manager should be excellent at keeping track of budgets, invoices and spend. Manage weekly, monthly and annual spend. * Other Projects:Work on special brand initiatives as requested by the Director of Enterprise Community Marketing, as assigned. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required * At least 4-6 years experience with managing social media accounts, blogs, digital advertising and brand marketing. Knowledge of Sprinklr and Google Analytics is a plus. * Has demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media, and application to advertising campaigns. * Deep understanding of social media universe including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, IGTV, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, blogs, etc. * Ability to adapt to the style, tonality and vernacular of the current voice of employee and consumer facing social media apps. * Self-starter with the ability to assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects/programs, with a measurement of success. * Work well under pressure of deadlines. * Technologically savvy with solid understanding of the web, online marketing, direct marketing and best social media practices. * Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Lives in the Social Media space. * Drive, energy, and passion to work with top national brands. * Computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Photoshop, WordPress.
