What You’ll Do Guided by goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun, the Life Enrichment Assistant (LEA) acts as a liaison, supporting the Life Enrichment Director (LED), and the Community Relations Director (CRD). The LEA supports in setting up, providing supplies, and preparing current resident activities that are implemented and led by the LED. The LEA supports the CRD in providing a warm welcome for future and new residents as directed by the CRD. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations: Maintain a current driver’s license to serve as a transportation driver when needed, Must be 25 years of age. Assist LED in setting up and preparing for upcoming activities. Take attendance of residents attending an activity. Keep a log for each individual resident with a record of activities attended. Distribute a weekly bulletin prepared by the LED. Distributes monthly activity schedules prepared by the LED. Ensure activity areas are well maintained after every activity and before the end of each shift. Assists the Life Enrichment Director with other duties as requested. You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
