This position will provide direct administrative supervision to the Support Services staff at the Administrative Office and the Veterans Resource Center. ColumbiaCare is looking for someone that will honor and value Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through professional modeling and mentoring. This position oversees and coordinates the responsibilities of the Support Services team and ensures administrative operations, policies, procedures and established standards are followed. The team provides administrative support to onsite and remote staff by answering phones, directing calls, distributing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating travel arrangements, ordering supplies, and running various errands. In this position, one will also be responsible for overseeing the scheduling of vehicles and meetings, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with the planning and coordinating of events and trainings. The Administrative Services Supervisor works closely with all administrative departments, promoting effective and efficient communication amongst programs and departments, and streamlining workflows. They also consult, convey feedback, and provide recommendations to the Administrative Services Manager with recommendations related to the operations of our administrative buildings across multiple regions. Work Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week), 8-hour day shifts What You'll MakeStarting at $4,000+ per month DOE. What You'll NeedThe ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized, have exceptional attention to detail, demonstrate flexibility and professionalism, and be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and take on multi-faceted projects. The following criteria is REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field;OR minimum four years of experience providing administrative support in a fast paced and demanding environment;OR equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the positionAbility to manage time efficiently and effectively while dealing with multiple project deadlines and overlapping responsibilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLeadership skills Additional qualifications PREFERRED:Supervisory experienceA working knowledge of Apple equipment and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Technical/business writing skills Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
