Through our Learning Management System (LMS), all employees have access to state-required regulatory courses, professional development and soft skills courses, and Continuing Education courses.We invite you to start a rewarding career and make a difference in the lives of seniors today!Position Summary: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our visitors, residents, families and team members by generally being the first point of contact.Responsibilities:Answers phone and greet all guests in the communityUnder the direction of the Executive Director, assists in compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the communityAssists with coordinating new hire orientation and training / in-services for all team membersCoordinates and assists in the administration and the accuracy of personnel recordsAdditional duties as assignedRequired QualificationsA minimum of one year of experience in customer service or an office support roleAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, provide excellent customer service and follow-up to assist with meeting our residents and their families' expectationsThe ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as neededThe ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodationPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience as an Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Receptionist or Office Coordinator roleExemplify and be an influential team playerExude confidence and self-awarenessEngage personal style with strong interpersonal insightExhibit listening and communication skillsPossess good time management and organizational skillsRemain flexible and adaptableWork harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee moraleUphold the principles of our mission: to enrich life through meaningful relationships and vibrant communitiesExpress compassion for residents, staff, and guests on a consistent basisEngage others in fun and creative activitiesStrive for excellence in all aspects of the jobWork with integrity in all interactionsDemonstrate humilityEnlivant is a certified Great Place to Work and our purpose is built on the safety and well-being of our people.
