Then have we got the position for you!Training for this position will require the employee to train in Albany, Oregon for approximately 30 days prior to starting at the Medford, Oregon terminal.This position is a key part of the operation and is the bridge between work performed by the delivery teams, warehouse and reporting to internal and external customers. This position is responsible for entering information into multiple systems that have been given verbally or in written form by delivery teams and our customers. This information must be accurate and recorded in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for other office duties including but not limited to collating paperwork, coordinating deliveries with customers and our hired contractors, as well as helping maintain a community-friendly environment.Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls on a multi-line phone system in a professional manner
• Update all customer orders in both the customer's database and our internal database. Data is gathered verbally or written on the Bills of Lading (BOL's). It is critical that the information is correct and processed ina timely manner.
• Manage and reply to emails throughout the day in regard to all locations
• Process all paperwork turned into the office including daily routes, will-calls, canceled orders and other miscellaneous items.
• Work with other members of the office to maintain all weekly goals set by our corporate offce and our customers.
• Oversee route completions and timelines. You will be a key resource for our drive teams on the road, helping assist them in completing all deliveries and installs for each day.
• Maintain a professional line of communication with our warehouse and accounting departments to ensure all daily tasks are completed.
• Route and schedule next day deliveries.
  
  Requirements:
  Summary of Experience and Education
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One year or more related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year or more of customer service experience in a logistics setting Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as BOL's, emails, and process documents.
    • Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines.
    • Must show up for scheduled shifts with little to no call outs.
    • Proficient in general office functions such as typing (50 WPM), copying, faxing and 10 key.
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
    • Ability to communicate fluently in English verbally and in written in form.
    • Proficient in Excel and Word, and web based data entry.Physical Demands
      • Will be required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and kneel.
