USAResponsibilities:Performs supervisory responsibilities in the
operation of multiple accounting systems, purchasing systems and
administrative functions of an organization. Supervises and reviews
accounting analyses, preparation of reports, and interpretation of
accounting results, and advises management on the meaning. Develops
and maintains accounting policies and procedures for a location(s)
or organization(s). Responsible for understanding the Company's
policies, procedures, and management actions to ensure compliance,
where applicable.Basic Qualifications: College Degree in Accounting
required. Developing technical expertise (SEC, GAAP, ERISA,
PeopleSoft, internal process, etc.) Broad understanding of
accounting principles, theories, concepts, and practices of the
business unit. Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting
applications. Demonstrated supervisory experience in the accounting
area, financial accounting experience, month-end book closing
experience, management accounting skills (transforming financial
information into usable management information), a strong desire to
work with management to improve financial performance, flexibility
to travel to region operations or other relates sites as needed,
and skills and desire to train and develop people. Demonstrated
ability to communicate with management at all levels with the
potential over time to move into a more senior position. Preferred
Qualifications: Prefer minimum of 5 years' experience in
