Estimated payment breakdown-$2402.00-$2642.00/wk*-$1240.00-$1480.00
in weekly taxable income-$31.00/hr-$37.00/hr*Estimate assumes an 8
hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.-$1162.00

400-bed level II trauma hospital located in the southwest corner of
