The Position - The Director of Foundation Development provides leadership in formulating the foundation's mission, goals, objectives, and policies and is responsible for cultivating and advancing donor relationships that lead to philanthropic support for Asante. - This role will report to the SVP, Chief Philanthropy Officer. - This leader will be responsible for implementing successful fundraising plans and meeting the financial performance goals established in the foundation's strategic plan, while assisting team leads with assigned initiatives - The ideal candidate will have demonstrated year-over-year fundraising growth experience. They should be a professional individual capable of communicating effectively, self-motivated, collaborative, and attentive to the needs of others. Requirements - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. - A minimum of eight years' experience raising revenue and developing, managing, and implementing multimillion-dollar strategic or business plans, foundation initiatives, development programs, or health program management is required.
