Job Description Providence Medical Group - Southern Oregon is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatrician to join its well-established Medford Pediatrics practice in Medford, Oregon. You will join a collegial team of four other physicians and two APPs providing quality primary care for a diverse patient population. Our clinic includes a medical home setting with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health, case management, medical assistants, and community resource coordinator. Hospital privileges limited to rounding on newborns and birth center support. - Schedule is four days per week - Guaranteed base salary, incentives, and relocation assistance available - CME days and dollars, cost of licenses, paid membership dues, paid subscriptions, and paid board certification available. - Standard Employed Provider Benefits Package, including PTO, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability and Malpractice. - Our clinic has an active site application on file with the Oregon Office of Rural Health for those interested in applying to the provider incentive programs. - National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site location. - As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. - Position is eligible for J1-waiver and H1b sponsorship and open to new graduates Where You’ll Work Providence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, with more than 90 clinics across the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington.
